About Us
The Public Schools Personnel Cooperative (PSPC) is offered through Capital Region Educational Service District 113. We appreciate your interest. The PSPC provides centralized recruitment services to over 34 school districts throughout Grays Harbor, Lewis, Mason, Pacific and Thurston counties.

We have over 4,000 active applicants in our system seeking employment with our member districts and over 575 certificated and classified substitutes in our substitute pool. Our team provides a combined total of over 40 years of personalized, high quality service through a commitment to excellence in service, to accountability, and to the values to which we aspire – respect, fostering a positive environment, collaboration and integrity.
